Payment Arrears<\/b><\/h1>\n

Policy on Late Payments, Arrears and Suspension of Service<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for service in that month.\u00a0 These invoices do not include a statement of previous unpaid invoices.<\/span><\/p>\n

Invoices are due on receipt and if payment is not received within 21 days the account is at risk of suspension.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once suspended, reconnection requires proof of payment of all arrears plus a reconnection fee of $50 plus HST.\u00a0 After a second suspension, to be reconnected, the customer will also be required to sign up for Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD).<\/span><\/p>\n
