Coronavirus Situation Update – Offices Closed to Public

The WCCT offices in the Cosray Building at 120 Deep River Road are closed to the public from now until further notice. Please do not enter the premises for any reason.

Telecommuncations service is recognized as an essential service and WCCT will do all it can to keep its internet services running smoothly. Over the next few weeks WCCT wll be adding capacity to its point of presence, and upgrading key equipment.

However, with school out and so many people working from home, service may be negatively affected. In this difficult time, you can do your part to help minimize any negative effect by reducing your use of the internet for entertainment and non-essential things. Instead, consider picking up a book, dusting off an old board game like Monopoly, or playing a good old card game.

Until further notice, WCCT staff will be working from home. Staff and volunteers will be responding to trouble reports and checking voicemail and email on a regular basis. If you need to contact us, submit a trouble report, email office@wcc-tech.com, call 1-855-640-8202 and follow the prompts to leave a voicemail, or send correspondence to Box 1945 Deep River, ON K0J1P0.

If a service call is required, please note that we will contact you in advance to ask you to complete the COVID-Screening form and to make sure all the necessary precautions have or will be taken to protect you and WCCT staff.

Stay safe.
